I would do so on days like these.... a visit from my amazing siblings Josh and Alissa and sweet nephew August James. They are what make life so beautiful, they are such a gift to me, Dan and our children, we are so very blessed.
We had a glorious time together! A visit to River Farm, wandering Old Town, braving the Mall (along with a million of our tourist friends! - the Hirschorn Light exhibit is FABULOUS), a hike down the boardwalk with turtle and bird sightings at beautiful Huntley Meadows, lots of vanilla lattes, vino, and laughs. xoxo
Aunt Alissa and Sadie on the National Mall after a visit to the amazing Hirschorn Museum.
Two-toothed August James at River Farm!
Cousins rocking away at River Farm.

Smiling away over lunch at the Sculpture Gardens.

Huntley Meadows, first time we've been, it is gorgeous.
No-frump Sunday (i.e. no yoga pants!) for our hike.
