Time, it keeps a-flying

Today marks Luke's last day of 3 year old preschool and we shed a tear! His teachers and this class have been an incredible gift to us - Ms. Jones and Ms. Chapman are such loving, kind women. And Luke's class - the moms, the families, the kids have been such a joy. We have had the blessing of building meaningful friendships that have and will extend beyond pick-up and drop-off. Dan and I are so grateful!

The picture below with his teachers is a pretty accurate picture of our Luke these days - he loves his monster truck t-shirt, suckers, and showering those he loves with his big dimple smiles and hugs. He also loves his little sister! He told a woman at the store today when asked what his sister likes to do, "She likes to eat mulch and rocks." Yep, that is a crawler who doesn't realize how much walking would add to her life, as well as her mom's ability to drink coffee at the park.

We celebrated the last day of school with our friends from class at the park. We were blessed with a gorgeous day. Eliza and Sadie turned it into their own little tea party. And I've been reminded what a great treat watermelon is for an almost one year old!

Cannot believe our little guy is almost four and wrapping up his first full year of preschool. He has grown so much and made such wonderful friends (me, too!), and we love him to pieces.
