Came across this pillow on gilt today and it made me chuckle. High gluten flour would pretty much be my #1 nemesis these days, minus one grudge I still hold from college and the mean Montgomery County PD that sent me a photo of the back of my car with a $90 ticket last week.
Speaking of (not) gluten, my friend Kim shared a Charlottesville-based blogger's site of fabulous GF recipes with beautiful photos and commentary. A wonderful read for those who can indulge in "high gluten flour" and GF friends alike.
