This morning Luke and I visited Alise, our kick-butt trainer! She rocks. Check her out at www.fitnessontherun.net. She and her business partner Adrien waved adios to their government/pr/desk job lives and launched an AWESOME personal training business in an adorable Old Town row house. They are livin' the dream... I highly, highly, highly recommend. Luke agrees - he loves our Thursdays! And I won't be able to lift him tomorrow.
