Folks, we are on the move

Betty and Benjamin came down for a visit from Boston! Betty and I dragged our bums out of bed (ode to alliteration) for the Alexandria Red Cross Waterfront 5K this morning... we look a bit peaked only because we stayed up until one a.m. and actually arose for the 8 a.m. run (except we (I) got lost driving to what ended up being 2 miles from our house). We arrived 20 minutes after the run started, but they still let us go and we didn't even come in last! Good times with my old buddy all before 9 a.m. 

Meanwhile back at the ranch... Dan maneuvered changing and feeding two little guys, including 5 month old too cute Benjamin. 

And, we're off! Luke for real crawled today for the first time! Here's the play by play until I finally figure out how to upload our video camera. 

Round 2: Grover and the roller...

Luke's pal Miss McKenna celebrated her first birthday today! A sweet (and enormous - love it!) cupcake to match a sweet birthday girl. Luke had a blast at the party.

What a day! And we finally like balloons. Last balloon experience turned into fear factor.
