I love this idea... you can design your own pillow at Jonathan Adler's online shop. I couldn't figure out how to copy the photo I did of the one I was practicing for Luke's room (green, navy, orange), but it turned out adorable, as are the samples below.

Yeah, and Luke will not want to sleep in his own room and yell out Isaac's room cars, Isaac's room cars on repeat, like he did last night - Isaac's taxi cab, Isaac's taxi cab!
